Capacity Development: Trainings & Workshop
South East Asian Region is full of challenges and scopes in the area of emergency and trauma care. Therefore, to meet the challenges and convert into the opportunity, skill building area has been found to produce maximum output with least input to improve clinical care. Imparting knowledge and practical skills among healthcare professionals will improve the quality as well as timely care in critical situations. Skill enhancement among nurse will be another possible solution of poor doctor patient ratio. Therefore, this task-shifting, collaborative-cooperative model will improve our emergency care system at organisational, sub-national, national and finally regional level.
