    I’ve experienced something similar. For a long time I thought the problem was just not getting enough hours of sleep, but later realized that sleep quality matters much more than the total time in bed. Things like stress, late screen use, and irregular sleep schedules can really affect the sleep cycle.

    In my case, improving bedtime routines and understanding more about poor sleep quality helped a lot. Once I started paying attention to sleep habits and patterns, it became easier to identify what was actually disrupting my sleep.
