WHO CCET Promulgating Academic Nursing for Emergency & Trauma

There was series of discussions and promulgation meetings for Academic Emergency & Trauma Nursing Courses in India & SEAR 2017, and 2019 with following:

• Clinical Residential program for Emergency & Trauma Nursing
• 70% clinical posting during the 2 years duration of the program
• Nurses should be trained, skilled and empowered to do many emergencies clinical procedures and given autonomy or clinical privilege to perform those skills
• Separate cadre for trained emergency nurses
